In its 8 October announcement, Revolut confirmed a five-year lease for approximately 8,880 sq ft on Level 9 of Collyer Quay Centre. The new office is scheduled to open in early 2027.

The move forms part of a commitment to invest nearly S$350 million in Singapore over five years. The company plans to grow its local workforce to more than 300 employees over the next three years.

Revolut describes the workplace as a flexible space for collaboration, team gatherings, customer and partner engagement, and events. The supplied illustration is conceptual and is not a photograph of its completed office.

When should a business consider moving?

  • Review how much space your team uses and how quickly it may grow.
  • Compare serviced-office inclusions with fit-out, operating and reinstatement costs.
  • Allow time for approvals, construction and relocation when taking a conventional office.

Our view: the appropriate office depends on the business’s stage of growth, rather than one format being right for every company.
